BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS - 2008 • Payment by direct deposit, cheque or credit card (Visa/Mastercard - a 1.50% surcharge applies) accepted. • 50% deposit to be paid when booking made. Balance to be paid 21 days prior to arrival date. • Payment to be made in full if booking is made within 21 days of arrival date. • A credit card number is required with all bookings. Your credit card acts as a bond against any damage or loss. CANCELLATION POLICY - 2008 • After issue of an Accommodation Confirmation Receipt or Invoice, 15% of the total booking value is payable if cancellation made more than 21 days of the arrival date, and the full value is payable if cancellation made less than 21 days of arrival date. TRANSFERS • Transfer of booking to another date will be permitted if your booking can be replaced by another booking - $35 fee applies.
