The large living area has picture windows which look directly over the fairways of the golf course, and which allow sunlight to stream in all year round. Gas space heating ensures a cosy return from a day of golf in cooler weather. A TV, DVD and CD player are provided for your entertainment. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped for catering. A gas stove and wok burner, oven, microwave, dishwasher and all utensils make preparing meals a breeze. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided, as is a starter kit for continental breakfast. The golf club next door has a dining room and excellent facilities for entertainment, and there are many cafes and restaurants a short stroll away. Clubhouse Villa has 3 bedrooms providing accommodation for up to 3 couples or a family of 7. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king sized bed and its own ensuite with shower and spa bath. Upstairs there are two other bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with 2 king singles - and an additional single divan bed on the landing can accommodate an extra person if needed. A second bathroom upstairs has a shower and WC, and there is an extra toilet downstairs. All beds have quality linen, comfortable doonas and electric blankets.
